Andrew is a senior programme and project management professional and a PeopleCert-accredited trainer, holding certifications in PRINCE2®, PRINCE2 Agile® and MSP® (Managing Successful Programmes). His advisory role focuses on strengthening governance arrangements, management controls, and assurance practices that support compliant financial advice and sound operational decision-making.

He has extensive international experience working with UK-based and internationally operating organisations across Europe, Africa, and South Asia, including assignments in Iraq, Kenya, South Sudan, and India. This includes supporting organisations operating under UK regulatory expectations, enhanced due-diligence requirements, and donor or third-party assurance regimes, with particular emphasis on risk management, documentation, and accountability.

Andrew is known for his clear, methodical approach and his ability to explain governance, risk, and assurance concepts in plain English. His work supports transparency, consistency, and confidence in decision-making, helping Atwal Financial maintain strong governance while delivering client-focused outcomes.
